Our properties are located throughout Raleigh, including downtown Raleigh, east Wake County, Johnston County, as well as adjoining county rentals.

  • Price Leader — We offer a more than competitive price for our services. We invite you to 'shop around,' but don't be fooled by companies offering a lower percentage of rental in fees. Invariably, hidden charges are added that will end up costing you more than our straightforward percentage price, with NO hidden extras.

  • Marketing — You may not have the time to devote to fully marketing your property, to following up completely on collections, keeping up with the necessary accounting and fully screening tenants. This is what we do, full time.
  • Maintenance — We have relationships with experienced, competent repair and maintenance personnel who rely exclusively on our business and give us volume pricing and top priority. We receive no "middle-man" fees, you pay only for the actual services rendered by the repairmen. You may well find your costs for upkeep reduced by contracting with us.
  • Accounting — We provide you with detailed accounting statements, budgeting and tax statements, and, if you like, will pay expenses on your behalf.
  • Protecting your Income — It's our business to know what the market will bear and advise you on the highest possible price for your rentals. We also will relieve you of the unpleasant tasks like evictions, reports to the credit bureau and the filing of legal actions, and the tedium of mailing out late notices.
  • Inspections — We will inspect your property when tenants leave and document any damages. Your property will be carefully monitored.
